✈️ Getting There
Closest Airport: Reno–Tahoe International Airport (RNO)
Reno is the most convenient airport to fly into and is approximately 1 hour from Lake Tahoe and The Ridge Resort. It offers the best selection of direct flights from major U.S. cities.
Alternate Option:
Some guests may choose to fly into Sacramento International Airport (SMF), which is about 2.5–3 hours away by car. This can sometimes be a more affordable option depending on your location.
🚗 Transportation & Car Rentals
We highly recommend renting a car for your stay. Lake Tahoe is best explored by car, and having one will make it easier to get to the resort, explore the area, and enjoy scenic spots around the lake.
Car rentals are available at both Reno and Sacramento airports. Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are limited in some areas, so having your own vehicle is the most reliable option.
